Martha Rajkay Artist
Born in Hungary, I came to the US as a young child and started painting. I come from a family of European artists. I received a BFA degree from The Maryland Institute College of Art An MA degree from Goucher College as an Art Therapist. My second master's degree is an MSW from the University of Maryland and I practice as a Behavioral Therapist in a rural medical clinic. In my paintings, I combine color with the sculptural quality of my subjects. I live in New Mexico and take advantage of the enchanted light that the clear skies and altitude provide. Painting is my passion.
